In its efforts to continue raising the efficiency of banking operations. The Jordan Kuwait bank was seeking technology to save labor and achieve cost-effectiveness.
Azdan uses RPA to automate human activities for banking, this includes data entry or basic customer service communication. RPA enables the bank to complete back-end tasks more accurately and efficiently such as customer service, account activation and closure without completely overhauling existing operating systems.
The Jordan Kuwait Bank has reportedly been able to reduce the amount of time to edit the account details from 4 hours to just five minutes by using RPA.
