Group Consolidation and Distribution Operations on One Platform

Company Overview

Formally established in 1977, Green Coast Enterprises is a Dubai-based family holding group with businesses spanning manufacturing, trading, real estate, and investments. Its trading arm represents international manufacturers across the Middle East. As a multi-subsidiary group, Green Coast needed consolidated group financials plus operational systems for its distribution businesses.

What We Did

Azdan implemented NetSuite multi-entity financial consolidation across the group's subsidiaries, with automated intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting, so group management sees both individual entity performance and the consolidated picture without manual consolidation workbooks.

For CBC Trading, the group's wholesale distribution business, we deployed NetSuite wholesale distribution covering inventory management, purchasing, pricing, order-to-cash, and warehouse operations, giving the trading business real-time stock and margin visibility across its product lines.

We implemented delivery management to run the last leg of the distribution operation, covering order fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery tracking, connected directly to sales orders in NetSuite, so customer service and operations work from the same live order status.

We rounded out the commercial side with Sales and CRM: pipeline management, quotations, and customer account management feeding directly into order processing, one continuous flow from opportunity to invoice across the group's trading activities.

Results Achieved

• Group consolidation is automated, with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting produced without manual workbooks.
• CBC Trading gained real-time stock and margin visibility across its product lines, from purchasing through order-to-cash.
