Green Mountains provides waste management, environmental and industrial services. Azdan implemented InoPeople HCM across three subsidiaries to support the company’s HR and workforce management requirements.

What We Did

Azdan implemented InoPeople HCM across three subsidiaries, covering core employee records, UAE payroll automation, leave management, and time and attendance. The deployment provides a shared HCM environment for the company's workforce processes.

We extended the platform with recruitment and performance management, supporting both hiring activities and employee performance processes within the HCM deployment.

We included Azdan Wiki for internal knowledge sharing and Smart Approvals for approval workflows. A separate InoPeople Employee Self-Service mobile subscription provides licensed capacity for up to 2,000 employees.

Results Achieved

HR, payroll, leave and attendance are covered across three subsidiaries.
Recruitment and performance management are included in the live HCM deployment.
Employee Self-Service mobile access is licensed for up to 2,000 employees.
Wiki and Smart Approvals support internal knowledge sharing and approval workflows.
