How Intelligent Group Connected Finance, Project Costing and HR Across Five Entities

Company Overview

Intelligent Group operates across engineering, construction and industrial infrastructure, with Intelligent Globe Construction as a flagship business. Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite, Project Costing and InoPeople HCM for the holding company and four subsidiaries.

What We Did

Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP financials, procurement management and fixed asset management across Intelligent Group's holding company and four subsidiaries, establishing a common ERP foundation for the five entities.

We deployed Azdan Project Costing to support project budgeting, cost breakdown structures, cost codes and bills of quantities. The implementation also covers contracts, progress payments, expenses, penalties, variation orders, extensions of time and project closure.

We extended project processes with document management, KPIs, approvals and notifications. Alongside the project and financial modules, we implemented InoPeople HCM for core HR, UAE payroll automation, leave, attendance, recruitment and performance management.

Results Achieved

• The holding company and four subsidiaries are covered by the NetSuite implementation.
• Project budgets, cost structures and bills of quantities are supported through Azdan Project Costing.
• Contracts, progress payments, variations and project closure are included in the live project management scope.
• HR, payroll, leave, attendance, recruitment and performance management are covered through InoPeople.
