What We Did

Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite across 10 subsidiaries, covering financial management, standard procurement, standard inventory and fixed asset management. The implementation supports the financial and operational processes behind REMCON's engineering business.

We configured procurement and inventory management to support purchasing and stock control, alongside fixed asset management for the company's asset records. These functions sit within the same NetSuite deployment as the financial modules.

We deployed InoPeople for core HR, payroll, leave management, and time and attendance. Employee Self-Service mobile access for up to 100 employees completes the documented workforce management deployment.
