Redcon Properties, a sub-entity of Redcon Construction, was established in 2019 to bring sustainability-focused real estate to the Egyptian market. Based in New Cairo, the company develops forward-thinking mixed-use communities, with its flagship Golden Gate project earning EDGE certification for sustainable design.

As the portfolio grew, so did the operational complexity. A real estate developer managing property sales, long-term leasing, community management, and multi-project construction costs needs more than general accounting. It needs a system where every contract, unit, and cost ties back to a single financial picture. That layer was missing.

What We Did

Azdan implemented NetSuite ERP as Redcon's core financial and operational platform, extended with purpose-built AzdanApps modules for real estate.

Property Sales

AzdanApps Property Sales manages the full sales cycle inside NetSuite, from unit inventory and reservations to contracts, payment plans, and collections. Every sale ties directly to the financial system, giving finance live visibility into revenue and outstanding balances without manual reconciliation.

Property Leasing

AzdanApps Property Leasing handles lease contracts, recurring billing, and renewals for Redcon's commercial and mixed-use spaces. Rent schedules, escalations, and invoicing run automatically, keeping leasing revenue accurate and current.

Community Management

AzdanApps Community Management covers the ongoing operation of Redcon's communities, including service charges, maintenance billing, and resident accounts, all connected to the same financial core.

Project Costing

AzdanApps Project Costing tracks construction and development costs at the project level, giving Redcon real-time visibility into budgeted versus actual spend across every development as it progresses.

Financial Modules and ETA E-Invoicing

Core financial modules (general ledger, AR/AP, and reporting) run in NetSuite, with native ETA e-invoicing built in to meet Egypt's electronic invoicing mandate. Every commercial invoice is generated and transmitted compliantly without separate tools or manual steps.
