How Deyaar Community Management Eliminated 70% of Repetitive Work by Connecting NetSuite to Mollak
Deyaar Community Management (Deyaar CM) is one of the UAE's most established community management operations — a subsidiary of Deyaar Development PJSC managing over 10,000 units across 40 communities in Dubai. Since its inception in 2009, Deyaar CM has grown into a full-service operator covering financial management, technical management, utility management, legal advisory, and community services — not just for Deyaar-owned developments, but for third-party communities across the emirate. At that scale, the manual overhead of managing two disconnected systems had become unsustainable.
Two Systems, One Painful Gap
As a licensed owners association manager in Dubai, Deyaar CM is required to operate within Mollak — the RERA-mandated platform governing all owners association financial transactions in the emirate. The problem was that Mollak and NetSuite had no connection. Every financial transaction processed in Mollak had to be manually re-entered into NetSuite, and every reconciliation between the two systems required significant manual effort from the finance team.
Across a portfolio of thousands of units, hundreds of service charge cycles, and dozens of active communities, that gap created a compounding volume of repetitive work — consuming time that should have gone toward managing communities, not reconciling spreadsheets.
What We Did
Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as Deyaar CM's financial backbone, covering general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, tax management, fixed assets, consolidation, budgeting, and amortization schedules.
The critical piece was the AzdanApps Control Tower — a centralized middleware layer deployed natively inside NetSuite to govern all integration between NetSuite and external systems, including Mollak:
- Control Tower — centralized integration hub managing secure, structured data exchange between NetSuite and Mollak, automating inbound and outbound data flows, eliminating point-to-point manual entry, and providing real-time synchronization monitoring across the full portfolio.
With the Control Tower in place, financial data flowing through Mollak — service charges, collections, owner transactions — synchronized directly into NetSuite without manual intervention. An ongoing managed support relationship with Azdan ensures the integration remains stable and scales with Deyaar CM's growing portfolio.

From Manual Work to Managed Communities
The result was a 70% reduction in repetitive manual tasks across Deyaar CM's financial and operational workflows. Reconciliation between Mollak and NetSuite — previously a daily manual burden — became automated. Finance teams redirected their time from data re-entry to actual community management. And with NetSuite serving as a single source of truth across all 40 communities, reporting, compliance, and financial visibility improved across the board.
For a company whose value proposition is exceptional community management, eliminating the administrative drag that got in the way of it was the most important outcome of all.
