Oracle NetSuite Agriculture Management

Oracle NetSuite Agriculture Management connects the crop season to the financial result. Farm teams plan work against the land, operations record the resources used, and finance follows those costs through harvest, packing and sales. The common references are the crop, logical land, lot and accounting period. Keeping these consistent is essential to reliable reporting.

The agriculture module appears as AgriOps in the application. This guide follows the screen names used in that module and explains the points where farm operations pass information to stores, the packhouse, sales and finance.

Land and Pivot Map brings planted land, fallow land, orchard blocks and allocated costs together Demonstration data.

Before you begin

Confirm that your role has access to the farm and business function concerned. Establish the crop season and accounting period before starting a review. The examples use the July 2026 demonstration period.

Navigation: Top-right screen dropdown → Solution Map.

Procedure

  1. Open Solution Map for the relationship between AgriOps, native NetSuite functions and InoPeople.
  2. For an operational issue, start with the parcel and season plan. For a cost query, start with the ledger amount in Cost Drill-Down.
  3. Carry the same crop, logical-land and lot references through the review. Check the period on each screen before comparing amounts.
  4. Use the related topics to follow the transaction or activity into the next business function.

Responsibilities and follow-up

An effective review ends with a specific source record, an explanation of the variance and a clear owner for the next action. The procedures in this guide support that review; they do not add approval stages to your configured system.

Important notes

The screenshots come from a demonstration account using embedded data. They illustrate process design and calculations, not completed production postings or external submissions. Confirm enabled modules, posting behaviour, integrations and local requirements during implementation. This is an Azdan solution guide, not official Oracle documentation.

The Agriculture toolbar sits below the NetSuite page heading. Use the arrow at its right-hand end to switch workspaces. The named button beside it opens a related screen—for example, Packhouse & Spoilage from the Harvest Console.

Top-right Agriculture dropdown provides navigation between solution screens Demonstration data.

Use the Agriculture toolbar, rather than the NetSuite role selector at the top of the page.

  1. Click the arrow beside the named shortcut.
  2. Choose the required workspace. If it is already shown on the shortcut button, click that button directly.
  3. Confirm the page heading and selected crop, parcel or lot.
  4. Start with the summary cards, then review the register or chart supporting the total. Open a row where the screen provides a detail view.
  5. Use Close to leave a detail panel. Select the next workspace from the same toolbar.

The toolbar provides a consistent route between the operational and costing screens. Within this guide, the sidebar follows the business cycle and the search box covers article titles and text.

RoadmapA planned workstream, not a completed operational workflow.
Open in Allocation EngineThe current run screen is waiting for a run. Other screens may show a computed demonstration result.

The current screen and the named shortcut may be omitted from the dropdown. The shortcut label Parcel Record · 35 Seasons is not a count of the rows currently displayed: the P001 example contains history from 2019 to 2026.
