Company Overview

Madpicom is a restaurant brand specializing in traditional Saudi cuisine. Its implementation with Azdan brings together the financial and operational requirements of a restaurant business across two subsidiaries.

What We Did

Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite across two subsidiaries, covering financial management, procurement, inventory and manufacturing. The deployment brings restaurant purchasing, stock and production processes into the same ERP environment as finance.

We configured work orders, assemblies, manufacturing WIP and routings to support production costing, alongside demand planning and fixed asset management. This gives the business a structured way to record production activity and the costs associated with it.

We deployed Azdan Franchise Management to support franchise operations and Azdan's ZATCA e-invoicing app for electronic invoicing. Through Control Tower, we connected Revel POS with NetSuite using a two-way integration and ZenHR using a one-way integration.

Results Achieved

Finance, procurement, inventory and manufacturing run on NetSuite across two subsidiaries.
Production costing is supported by work orders, assemblies, WIP and routings.
Franchise management and ZATCA e-invoicing are included in the live deployment.
Revel POS and ZenHR are connected with NetSuite through Azdan Control Tower.
