Company Overview

Smart Pet is a pet retailer offering food, supplies, accessories and smart pet devices through its online store. Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite to support its financial and inventory processes, with a dedicated connection to WooCommerce.

What We Did

Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite financial management, covering general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments and tax management. This established the financial foundation for Smart Pet's retail business.

We deployed inventory management and procurement to support stock and purchasing processes, together with B2B customer relationship management for the company's business customer relationships.

We connected WooCommerce with NetSuite through Azdan Control Tower, linking the online storefront with the ERP environment. We also delivered bespoke handling for the Kuwaiti dinar's three decimal places to address the retailer's currency-specific transaction requirements.
