Tatweer Company is a Saudi-based real estate holding group with three subsidiaries spanning development, property management, and investment. Founded in 1991 and actively expanding its portfolio in line with Vision 2030 — including a recent SAR 1.2 billion mixed-use development on King Fahd Road in Riyadh — Tatweer operates at the intersection of active property management and large-scale project delivery. Managing both requires precision. What it had was three entities running on disconnected systems.

Three Entities, No Single View

Across its subsidiaries, Tatweer was managing resident contracts, move-ins and move-outs, utility billing, inspections, and renewal cycles without a unified system. Each entity tracked its own financials separately, making consolidation slow and error-prone. Development projects ran without structured cost governance — no BOQ tracking, no contract management, no real-time view of budget versus actual across active developments.

On top of that, ZATCA compliance required a reliable invoicing infrastructure none of the entities had in place. With a growing portfolio and three subsidiaries to govern, leadership needed one platform that could handle it all.

What We Did

Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP across all three Tatweer entities — covering finance, procurement, consolidation, and full multi-subsidiary reporting. On top of this foundation, two native modules were deployed to address Tatweer's specific operational complexity:

  • Property Management — end-to-end resident lifecycle management including move-ins and move-outs, contract renewals, billing and collection, utilities management, inspection and incident tracking, document management with automated alerts, and a mobile application for field and management teams.
  • Project Costing — structured financial governance across Tatweer's development pipeline, with BOQ management, contractor and subcontractor contracts, progress payment processing, variation orders, penalty tracking, and real-time cost exposure at every project stage.

ZATCA e-invoicing was enabled natively inside NetSuite across all subsidiaries — no middleware, no third-party tools — ensuring full compliance from day one.

Full Visibility Across the Group

Tatweer's finance and operations teams moved from managing three separate systems to operating from one consolidated platform. Cross-entity reporting that previously required manual reconciliation now runs in real time. Property management teams gained structured visibility into resident status, billing cycles, and renewal pipelines. And with project costs and ZATCA compliance embedded in the same system, leadership can see the full picture — across entities, across projects, across periods — without chasing data.

For a holding company scaling its portfolio under Vision 2030, that visibility isn't just operational — it's strategic.
