What started as a passion-led specialty business has grown into a multi-channel operation, with retail locations, an active Magento e-commerce platform, and a product range that continues to expand. As the business scaled, its operational infrastructure needed to catch up.
Growing Without the Right Foundation

Azdan implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as the financial core for The Roasting House — covering the full financial suite and providing a structured foundation for the business's multi-channel operations:
- NetSuite ERP — general ledger, AP and AR, cash management, tax management, fixed assets, consolidation, and budgeting — giving The Roasting House a single financial system of record replacing manual processes.
- ZATCA E-Invoicing — 100% NetSuite-native ZATCA compliance, enabling The Roasting House to generate, validate, and archive compliant e-invoices without middleware or third-party tools.
- Magento Integration — connection between the Magento e-commerce platform and NetSuite, synchronizing orders, inventory, and financial data between the brand's digital storefront and its financial backbone.
The relationship with Azdan extends well beyond implementation. An active managed service and support agreement ensures the platform continues to evolve alongside the business — with Azdan providing ongoing enhancements, operational support, and system management as The Roasting House grows.
