Procedure

  1. Open the handover record and confirm the source contract and unit.
  2. Review the progress indicator and the active stage. The illustrated sequence includes Sales Validation, Customer communication for HO, Finance Validation, Construction Team Inspection, Client Visit with Construction Team, Final Handover, and Key Release.
  3. For each stage, review responsibility, department, due date, description, and required action.
  4. Attach or verify required evidence, such as the receipt report, snagging list, and submission documents. Resolve missing evidence before completing a stage.
  5. Review customer inspection findings and confirm that outstanding defects are handled through the applicable process.
  6. After final handover and key release, verify the completed status and any resulting financial transactions according to the configured accounting policy.

Result

The unit handover is supported by financial, inspection, and customer acceptance evidence.

Important

The example is 3 of 7 steps complete. Its Collected and Paid metrics show different values; reconcile their underlying sources rather than assuming the labels are interchangeable. Handover does not establish one universal revenue-recognition rule for every company.
