Before you begin
Confirm that the property structure, unit pricing, payment plans, reservation charges, and financial controls are ready for use.
Procedure
- Review available units and confirm the selected unit meets the buyer's requirements.
- Prepare the reservation with the ownership split, selling terms, installment schedule, and charges. Review any net present value exception.
- Complete the required approval route. Create the sales contract from an eligible approved reservation.
- Record receipts and apply them to the correct obligations. Monitor overdue installments and cheque custody separately from cash collection.
- Process ownership changes, unit swaps, rescheduling, or termination through the relevant after-sales request.
- Complete financial and operational handover checks, inspection evidence, customer acceptance, and key release. Review resulting financial transactions under the configured accounting policy.
Result
The sale remains traceable from the unit and buyer to the contract, collections, and handover records.
Important
Do not treat a reservation as a completed sale, a cheque in custody as cleared cash, or a handover request as completed key release. Each stage has its own evidence and status.
