Procedure

  1. Open the work order and review type, priority, status, assignment, target completion date, and actual completion date.
  2. Check the property, building, unit where relevant, and asset. Confirm that the work is attached to the correct location and equipment.
  3. Review Scope & Technical, including checklist, description, and safety notes supplied by the authorized facilities team.
  4. Open SLA Performance and compare response and resolution commitments with the recorded deadlines and breach indicator.
  5. Open Related Records to identify a source service request, work request, PPM schedule, or move-out request.
  6. After execution, verify completion evidence and the resulting status. Follow up on the source record and any remaining tenant or property action.

Result

The facilities team can trace the work from authorization to verified completion and assess service performance.

Important

The populated example is Preventive, High priority, and Verified, with target and actual completion dates. Assignment, completion, and verification are separate checks. Use the configured SLA values; do not assume the example response or resolution time applies to all work.
